December is not the ideal time to lose  weight. It’s the season of excess – excessive spending, decorating, partying, and definitely excessive eating! Who can resist all the delicious food on offer over the festive season? You know it’s going to happen, so you may as well have a plan to get rid of the excess weight as soon as the silly season ends. Do it the healthy way by following a few simple guidelines:

Cut out the booze

If you’ve enjoyed a few too many this December, make it your resolution to cut out alcohol for a while (straight after your New Year’s Eve celebrations of course!).
