I’ve notice some changes in my body, I was always lazy, but now I can stand I do my washing, my feet used to pain me when I come from work, but now I don’t feel the pain anymore. I also feel light in the body, I’m not heavy anymore. I even notice that I’m losing weight in a good way, I was aware of it till the doctor told me that my cholesterol is normal, and my weight is reduced a bit.
