We all know that Summer bodies are created in Winter, but do you have enough energy to continue your workouts in warmer weather? Here are some tips to energise your Summer exercise regime.
Ditch the dark colours – Light colours reflect the sun and dark colours do the exact opposite. The hotter your body feels, the quicker your energy will drain.
Stay hydrated – The hotter it is, the more you sweat. The more you sweat, the more water you need. Make sure you get enough in, prior to your workout.
