Summer is definitely here and that means sunburn and skin damage. Your skin can be left feeling painful or dried out. Here are a few tips on keeping your skin (and yourself) healthy this season.
Drink water. It’s hot and you’re going to be sweating more which means staying hydrated is really important.
Moisturise. Look for moisturisers with Vitamin A&E and either coconut oil or shea butter to give your skin what it needs.
Rinse off. Swimming in a chlorinated pool can be harsh on not only your skin but your hair and nails as well so make sure you shower after you take a dip.
Aloe. Relieve your sunburn and replenish your dry skin with a moisturiser that contains aloe.
